A survey condemned the chimney stack as dangerous as it had a big crack and was leaning over. We took the chimney stack down and recovered the roof with new tiles, felt and battens.
Inside the property, we removed three chimney breasts. Obviously, we did not need to add support in the loft because we had taken down the whole of the chimney breast from the chimney stack all the way down.
